The Conference Room at Createscape is a creative meeting space that is perfect for private meetings. An original wall mural surrounds a custom-built bowling alley table with comfortable seating for 6-8 people. Loud volumes are not allowed and advance notice is required if you are using the room for an event or production of some kind.

STUDIO SPACE

The Studio Space is one part photo studio, one part meeting space. Its default setting is a conference room style setup with a table, whiteboard, and chairs for a capacity of 6. These can be cleared easily for an open layout for a small, simple photo studio perfect for basic productions, head shots, product shoots, and more. The room is equipped with paper backdrops (white, gray, and black) against a 9-ft wall that can be rolled down and three-point studio lighting already set in place. Loud volumes coming from the room are not allowed and inside voices should be in use by attendees.

HOWDY ROOM

(evenings + weekend reservations only)

The Howdy Room is a 1000 sqft room with an open works pace area with a number of long tables with chairs and power strips, bar top overlooking the windows, lounge area, and connected kitchen from the hallway. It features a funky, colorful and creative aesthetic and giant windows pointing east for natural lighting. This room is great for meetings and workshops where plenty of tables pace is needed.

AVAILABILITY:
This room is only available on Saturdays and Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm, or weekday evenings Monday-Friday from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

LAYOUT/PRIVACY:
The main tables and large furniture are not able to be moved around due to their weight and not having an alternative spot to relocate them to. We can bring in more chairs however. A portable projector/screen or TV cart can be set up against any of the spots in the room for presentation purposes. The space is considered"semi-private", not a completely enclosed conference room style space. Two locked private offices connect through the room as well as some cubicle-style desks along one of the back walls so while our coworkes are usually not around during the available times to book this room, it's a possibility someone might have to walk through should they need access.

SEATING/CAPACITY:
For table seating, the capacity is about 25 maximum at one time (there are two main big tables that can each have 6-8 people seated around them, one small table at the booth can seat an additional 4-5 and there are 5 stools at the bartop). For purposes of mingling around the space and including functionality of the lounge area with sofas and seating, the capacity can reach about 30 or so. We do have up to 10 additional stackable chairs we can bring in if they are arranged elsewhere throughout the room for more seating or alternatives in seating arrangement.

Bookings must be processed at least 24 hours in advance of your meeting. This space is best reserved for meetings, workshops, etc but is not equipped for all event or party types. If you are wishing to film or do a production in the space, the rate is $90/hour and will require advance approval.

STUDY HALL

The Howdy Room is an 800 sqft room that primarily features two long tables with chairs and connected power outlets. The room has a giant loft overlooking it and high ceilings with installation art pieces surrounding it. Its long hallway connects to a kitchen for use, as well as the front entry lounge and outside patio space. Perfect for meetings or workshops where a lot of table space is needed.

AVAILABILITY:
This room is only available on Saturdays and Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm, or weekday evenings Monday-Friday from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

LAYOUT/PRIVACY:
