Membership Settings

This is where you can add/remove amenities (locker, standing desk), change commitment terms, change membership type, pause, or cancel your Createscape membership. Please submit the corresponding form below, which is required in order for us to update your membership. Once your request is submitted, we will get back to you within 2 business days.

If you are updating the credit card on file for your account, you must contact us to ensure it is switched over to the new default card.
Any other personal information can be updated from your profile page in the Member Portal by logging in and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner. If you have any questions, please email us at info@createscapework.co

Pause Membership

Createscape’s Membership Pause Policy: We permit members to pause their membership for up to three months per year. You can pause your membership for three consecutive months or at one-month intervals. Please note that if you pause your membership for a partial month, we will pro-rate your membership fee for that month. If your pause date begins after the 1st of the month, we will pro-rate your monthly fee. Select any date within the next three (3) months.
