NEW OFFICE SUITE

Hey everyone, Createscape Coworking has a new 450-sqf office suite. ✨✨✨It can come furnished for large teams, has a private street-facing entrance, windows and with all the other coworking amenities we have: high-speed internet, free onsite parking, free unlimited coffee/tea/water, meeting rooms with free reservations included, photo studio, call rooms, kitchen facilities, access to all open workspaces, open invite to all weekly community events. Our eastside location's right in between downtown and the airport.

Private Office MEMBERSHIP

Our private offices are perfect for a startup or small-size group to work together in privacy. We have three total private offices (two in the east wing, one in the west wing) and they range from 120 square feet to 145 square feet and come with basic office furnishings (area rug, desk setups, ergonomic chairs, file cabinets). They lock up and include an ethernet port and desk setups (47” wide), storage, and chair for each membership included. Private offices include all the amenities of the rest of the coworking space including 8 reserved hours per month for meeting room bookings. There is a base monthly price for a 1-person office setup with an increase by $100 for each additional office member. Each additional member adds 2 additional reserved meeting room hours and 1 guest pass per month. Membership agreements for our private offices range from 3 months to 12 months.

Terms: One-time sign-up fee is $15. First month will be a pro-rated calculated rate if the start date is after the 1st of the month. Membership is automatically recurring until an end date is provided (options available for pausing/canceling). Invoice billing is auto-drafted from the card on file the 1st day of each month with additional attempts in the following days if it is unsuccessful. Memberships automatically renew 7 days before the end of each month so cancellation or changes need to be made prior to that time frame to avoid a late fee. Discount options are available. Cancellation/refund options are not available after the start of the services for the month.
