Your own space within the space

Private Office members have 24/7 access using a personal door code. Public lobby hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, excluding holidays.

Mail services do not come included with your membership, but you can select the add-on option for “Virtual Office” at checkout (+$15/month). This includes your personal mail folder, a unique Mailbox number, as well as mail management software/app for shreds, scans, forwards, and pickup requests. You also get your logo displayed in our lobby!

Createscape has an equipment checkout station with keyboards, mice, laptop chargers, phone/tablet chargers, headphones, microphones, and so many more adapters and cables. There are also laptop stands and monitors available in each work room. All our equipment is free for members and guests to use for 1 day at a time on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are bringing a guest in for a short meeting (1 hour or less) in the open seating areas or for a meeting room reservation, they do not need to check in unless you want to direct them to get a guest code from our welcome desk. Open Desk Membership does include 2 guest day passes each month however, so if you want to put those to use just have them sign in at the tablet in our lobby.

We welcome well-behaved, quiet dogs at our office as long as you agree to and fill out our pet policy form so we can keep it on file. Just make sure to take them outside regularly, use a leash when appropriate, and keep an eye on them at all times.

Meeting room booking credits and guest passes are refilled on your member account each month but they do not roll over so they can only be used during the month period that they are assigned.

Private Office pricing and commitment discounts depend on the office and term. Contact us for a custom quote. Discounts cannot be combined. Month-to-month Private Offices require 30 days’ written cancellation notice before the end of the current term. We do not offer pauses or refunds for the current paid period. For a six-month commitment, early termination costs 50% of the remaining monthly fees.

Use the member app or contact our team to request a plan change for an upcoming billing period. Contact us about mid-month changes and any applicable proration. Cancellation requires written notice by email or through the app: at least 7 days for month-to-month coworking, or 30 days before the end of the term for Private Offices. Memberships cannot be paused, and the current paid period is not refunded. Ending a six-month commitment early costs 50% of the remaining monthly fees.

Phone calls and conversations are welcome when voices stay courteous to people working nearby. We have seven call rooms, including two that can be reserved. Please respect reservations and check availability before using a room for a private call.

Our large, free parking lot is located around back of the building next to our main entrance. There is additional parking in front of the building as well as alongside nearby neighborhood streets. A bike rack is located next to the main building entrance around back. Vehicles must not be parked in our parking lot longer than 24 hours at a time. Building security periodically monitors the parking lot for abandoned vehicles and other issues.

There are a lot of awesome East Austin places nearby to get drinks, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Native Grocery is located across our parking lot and serves tacos and Mediterranean food.
