Terms: Minimum term is 30 days and there is a one-time sign-up fee of $15. For the first month, the invoice will be a pro-rated calculated rate if the start date is after the 1st of the month, meaning that if you want to cancel after just 1 month there can be a second prorated invoice and billing for the remaining days left of a full calendar month. Invoice billing is automatically drafted from the credit/debit card or bank on file the 1st day of each month, with additional attempts in the following days if it is unsuccessful. A late fee of $15 applies for payments received 5 days after invoice date. Memberships automatically renew 7 days before the end of each month unless a cancellation request is submitted. Cancellation/refund options are not available after the start of the services for the month.

Mail delivery to a CMRA requires that the addressee complete and sign PS Form 1583, providing acceptable primary and secondary forms of identification as specified under 608.10.0 (Section 1.8.3a).
If any information required on PS Form 1583 changes, the addressee must complete a new application with the CMRA.

Google Business Profile (previously called “Google My Business”) is the official Google business listing that shows up in search results and maps via their search engine. Google has its own requirements for address use with coworking spaces, and this typically includes restrictions such as having a visible physical sign at the location, having accurate business hours listed for your availability, demonstrating key/code access to the office, listing your business phone number, and renting a “dedicated” space. Sometimes they request additional photo or video proof of your presence at a location as well so be prepared for those steps. We recommend signing up for our “Verified Office Setup” membership if you are going down this route so that we can assign you a space and door access and documentation for this purpose. You can pick up mail from the mail center in our lobby anytime Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. Please check-in at the visitor tablet so that your mail items will be marked as picked up in the portal and you won’t be charged future mail storage fees.

A registered agent is a designated individual or service responsible for receiving legal and official documents on behalf of a business. The registered agent's role is crucial for maintaining effective communication between the business and the state. Registered agent service can be added on as part of our Virtual Office Membership.

With Virtual Office Memberships, you can receive a set number of mail items/actions included each month. Mail pickup during business hours is free. “Standard” includes 15 mail items per month, 5 open and scans, and 5 shreds. “Premium” includes unlimited mail items, 10 open and scans, and 10 shreds. “Verified Office Setup” includes unlimited mail, 100 shreds, and 20 open and scans.
Envelope photos are $1.00, letter storage after 30 days per item is $0.25 per month, and Parcel/Package storage after 30 days is $1.00 per lbs/kg per month. Automated SMS notification is $0.05 each. Additional recipient / monthly is $20.00. Additional mail items each month are $0.35. Additional mail shreds are $0.15 per item. Additional mail scans are $1.00 per letter. Same-day scan scan requests are $5.00, 2-day scanning is $3.00. -
For mail forwarding, additional forward addresses are $5.00. Letter forwarding is $1.00, expedited forwarding is $3.00, package forwarding is $3.00, international letter forwarding is $2.00, international package forwarding is $5.00, and it is $3.00 to forward mail items (letters) in a group versus individually. Postage costs are calculated in addition to these forwarding fees.
If you would like mail to automatically be forwarded on a consistent schedule so you don’t have to keep up with individual item requests (and risk letter/package storage fees), then we recommend adding Automatic Mail Forwarding for $20.00 per month. -

While official DBAs for your company can be included for free, you can not use this Virtual Office Membership for multiple companies/businesses. You must register a new account for each individual company/business.

Customers will only be charged for the mail storage fees if mail items have completed more than 30 days on the platform starting from the subscription renewal date. Letter storage per item is $0.25, and Parcel/Package storage is $1.00 per lbs/kg.

We offer a 10% discount for military, students, teachers, artists, nonprofit organizations, and groups of 4 or more. Discounts cannot be combined. You may apply for a discount here.

Large packages, shipments, and boxes (exceeding 4 feet in any dimension) must be picked up within 2 business days due to limited storage space at our office.
We cannot accept pallet shipments unless advance notice is provided. If informed ahead of time, we can coordinate the transfer directly into a new vehicle at the time of delivery.
