Why We Still Believe in the Power of Coworking (Even in 2025)
In the ever-shifting world of hybrid work, AI tools, and video calls, one thing hasn’t changed: people still need a place to land, focus, and connect. At Createscape, we’ve seen firsthand that coworking is not only alive and well, it’s evolving in all the right ways.
While some people are still navigating how (and where) they work best, our community continues to grow with freelancers, startups, remote teams, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want more than just fast Wi-Fi and a desk. They want flexibility. They want purpose. And yes, sometimes they just want to work around other actual humans again!
What We’ve Seen Lately
This year, we’ve welcomed new members who were burned out from working in isolation. The loneliness epidemic is real. Others came through company stipends for coworking: an increasingly common perk. Our Virtual Office membership has grown to thousands of users, we’ve introduced new “pro” dedicated desks (stand to sit options), and we’ve seen rising demand for flexible open seat plans and our small podcast studio.
The private offices remain some of our most popular offerings, and while our three smaller offices are currently full, we just had our large private suite become available. It’s a great fit for a growing team that wants a turnkey setup without the headache of a traditional lease.
It’s Not Just About the Workspace
We’ve always believed that space affects mindset. When you walk into Createscape, we want you to feel energized, not just productive, but inspired. We design our rooms, events, and community touchpoints to reflect that. Whether it’s our art-filled walls, themed phone booths, casual book club, or surprise happy hour snacks, our mission is to help you feel a little more human in your workday.
A Quick Update from Us
We recently made some exciting upgrades:
– Renovated our Study Hall work room to accommodate larger meetings, classes, and events
– Refined our membership plans to better match how people actually use coworking today
– Introduced new perks for Pro Dedicated Desk members
– Continued our community events like Book Swap Happy Hour, Creativity 101 workshop, Dog Governor Race, and Speed Networking
We also just wrapped up filming some new promotional content, so you might spot some fresh faces (and dogs) around the space.
Thanks to everyone who makes Createscape what it is—it’s more than a workspace. It’s a place for momentum, creativity, and community.
