Unlimited, Reserved Desk, and Office Pod offer month-to-month or discounted six-month minimum commitments. We do not offer membership pauses. Month-to-month coworking memberships require at least 7 days' written cancellation notice; month-to-month Private Offices require 30 days' written notice before the end of the current monthly term. The current paid period is not refunded. Early cancellation of a six-month commitment costs 50% of the remaining monthly fees. At the end of the commitment, your membership continues month-to-month at the same rate. Request cancellation by email or through the member app.

Day passes are for Monday–Friday, 9 AM–8 PM; the public lobby is open 9 AM–5 PM, excluding holidays. Coworking memberships include 24/7 access, standard meeting-room hours, guest passes, and storage. Eight single $25 Open Desk passes cost $200, compared with $189 for monthly Unlimited. Day-pass packs lower the cost per visit, so the best choice depends on your schedule and the benefits you need.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a complimentary monitor, unlimited coffee and tea, printing, and drop-in phone/call rooms. These are included with every membership and every day pass — no extra charge.

Yes. Teams of 2–3 get 10% off, and teams of 4+ get 20% off. Discounts cannot be combined; a nonprofit team of three receives 10% off total. We also offer custom team plans with shared day passes and pooled meeting room hours. Get a custom quote.

Day passes may be canceled for a refund at any time before the scheduled day, or before 12 noon on the scheduled day. Requests from noon on the scheduled day through noon the following day are eligible for credit toward future use instead of a refund. After noon the following day, no refund or credit is available. Eight consecutive hours within the room's opening hours. Listed daily rates are $208 for $29/hour rooms and $425 for Study Hall.

For all Createscape-operated meeting rooms, cancellations at least 24 hours before the booking starts receive a full refund, including fees. Later cancellations receive no cash refund: member booking credits are returned, and paying guests receive equivalent credit for future room reservations. Partner venues have their own terms.

Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace — no pressure to come in on a set schedule.

Yes. Any coworking member (Unlimited, Reserved Desk, Office Pod, or Private Office) can add virtual office services — business address, mail handling, and remote management — for just $15/mo. Contact us to add it to your plan.
