A Real Austin Address, Built for Verification
Your business gets a physical home at Createscape: a dedicated desk setup, your logo on display, key code access, and everything Google looks for when verifying a Business Profile. Not a mail slot. A real place.
PMB/Unit #______
Austin, TX 78702
Getting your business on Google Maps sounds simple, until Google asks you to prove you actually exist somewhere. A P.O. box won't cut it. Neither will most virtual addresses. Google wants a real location with signage, staffed hours, and a workspace that's actually yours. That's exactly what we built this membership for.

Your address keeps working
Your membership maintains your presence month after month, so your listing stays in good standing and your mail keeps moving.
Why Createscape works when other addresses don't
We're not an address reseller. We're a coworking space operating out of a converted 1950s bread factory in East Austin since 2014, with staff on site every weekday, visible signage, and around 150 members working here each week. When verification asks about your location, the answers are easy:
Simple, month-to-month, no surprises
Best value if your address is here to stay.
Frequently asked questions
What is Google Business Profile verification?
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the listing that shows your business in Google Search and Maps. Before your listing goes live, Google verifies that your business actually operates at your address.
What does Google look for with a coworking address?
Typically: visible signage at the location, accurate business hours, key or code access, a dedicated space, and a listed business phone number. Sometimes Google requests photo or video proof of your presence too. This membership is designed to cover those steps. Learn more about Google's requirements here.
Is verification guaranteed?
No one can guarantee a Google approval, and you should be skeptical of anyone who says otherwise. What we can do is give you a legitimate setup that addresses what Google asks for, plus documentation to support it. Createscape is not responsible for Google Business Profiles that are not accepted or removed due to inaccurate listing information.
Can I work from my desk in the Office Pod?
Yes. Your setup is a real workspace with 24/7 building access via your key code, and you're welcome to use the coworking space amenities when you're here.
How does mail work?
You get a unique PMB number and a remote mail portal. You'll get notified when mail arrives, and you can request scans, shreds, forwards, or pickups. 20 open-and-scans and 20 shreds are included each month. Pickup is available at our lobby mail center Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What do I need to get started?
Federal regulations require a completed and signed PS Form 1583 with two forms of ID before we can receive mail on your behalf. We'll walk you through it at signup, it's quick.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly memberships are month-to-month with a 30 day minimum term and a one-time $15 signup fee. Just keep in mind that if your Google listing depends on this address, canceling means updating or removing your listing.
Give your business a real home base
Skip the address resellers and the verification headaches. Get set up at a real Austin coworking space that's been here since 2014.
