Both monthly plans have a 30-day minimum term and a one-time $15 signup fee. Additional services and usage charges apply. First-month billing may be prorated; completing the minimum term can require a second prorated invoice. Monthly billing is on the 1st; memberships automatically renew 7 days before month-end unless cancellation is requested. Cancellation/refund options are unavailable once that month's services begin. Sign up in SphereMail
Select Standard or Premium and set up your account. You'll receive a personal mailbox number to use with Createscape's Austin address.
Provide Form 1583 + ID
Complete and sign USPS PS Form 1583 and provide acceptable primary and secondary identification before Createscape can receive mail on your behalf.

When mail arrives, use the portal to request scanning, shredding or forwarding, or collect it from our lobby Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Open + scan
Read the contents remotely. Standard includes 5 open-and-scans monthly; Premium includes 10. Additional letter scans are $1 each. Same-day scanning requests are $5; 2-day scanning is $3.
Forward + shred
Letter forwarding is $1 per item plus postage; package forwarding is $3 per item plus postage. Each plan includes monthly shreds; additional shredding is $0.15 per item.
Pick up locally
Mail pickup is free during lobby hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Check in at the visitor tablet so your items are marked picked up and future storage fees stop.
Storage is free for the first 30 days after each item arrives. After that, letters are $0.25/item/month; packages are $1/pound/month. Standard mail above its allowance is $0.35/item. Optional automatic scanning and automatic forwarding are each $20/month; forwarding fees and postage apply. Other optional services and charges are listed on the Virtual Office service details page.

Questions before you sign up?
Can I use this as a business address for my LLC?
Standard and Premium provide a business mailing address with a personal PMB number. Check the address requirements for your specific filing, bank, licensing agency or other recipient before using it. Createscape does not provide Registered Agent services; use a separate Registered Agent provider for that role.
Is this a real street address or a P.O. box?
It's Createscape's real coworking location at 701 Tillery St #12, Austin, TX 78702, with your assigned PMB number. It is a private mailbox service at a staffed location. Always include your assigned mailbox number using the format supplied at signup.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard costs $24.99/month and includes 15 mail items, 5 open-and-scans and 5 shreds monthly. Premium costs $54.99/month and includes unlimited mail items, 10 open-and-scans and 10 shreds monthly. Both include the address, PMB number, online portal, notifications and free business-hours pickup.
Can you scan or forward my mail while I am away?
Yes. Request scans or forwarding through the mail portal. Included scanning allowances vary by plan. Forwarding costs extra: letters are $1/item and packages $3/item, plus postage. Optional automatic scanning and automatic forwarding are available for $20/month each.
Can I receive packages and when can I pick them up?
Yes, Createscape receives mail and packages. Pickup is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, in the lobby mail center. Check in at the visitor tablet when collecting items. For larger shipments, contact us first to confirm arrangements.
What do I need before you can receive my mail?
A completed and signed USPS PS Form 1583 and acceptable primary and secondary identification are required. If required information changes, you must complete a new application. Follow the signup instructions to finish authorization.
Does Virtual Office include a desk or 24/7 office access?
These are business address and mail-management plans. For a place to work, explore coworking memberships or day passes. Mail pickup is available during weekday lobby hours.
Are there signup fees, storage charges or cancellation terms?
There is a one-time $15 signup fee and a 30-day minimum term. Additional services and usage may cost extra. Storage is free for 30 days from each item's arrival, then letters cost $0.25/item/month and packages $1/pound/month. Will Standard or Premium verify my Google Business Profile?
An ordinary mail plan does not provide the dedicated workspace, signage and access of Verified Office Setup. Google has its own eligibility and verification requirements, and approval is not guaranteed. If Google Business Profile is your goal, review Verified Office Setup before choosing a plan.
