Cooler Weather, Fresh Bakes: A Note from Fletcher

Hello all!

The weather is finally starting to cool off. I'm sure there will be another heat wave, but for now I'm loving it and so excited for fall.

I already have plans for all of the fall foods I want to make. I'm a huge fan of pumpkin pie—well, pumpkin anything really! I feel like last year I had pumpkin soup, pumpkin ravioli, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin donuts, just to name a few. I'll have to try and have even more pumpkin-themed foods this year. I can even make it a challenge of how many foods can I incorporate pumpkin into!

I have never actually been to a pumpkin patch before; I think this year I'll have to go to one. I usually buy canned pumpkin for my baking endeavors, but it's time to try baking with a whole pumpkin I picked myself.
